Build with AI lets you describe your product in plain language — for example, "a modular shelving unit with width, depth, and material options" — and the AI generates a complete configurator for you: steps, option nodes, pricing rules, and even 3D models where applicable. Once generated, you can refine it further using "Improve with AI", which lets you describe changes in plain language and applies them to the existing configuration. On Professional plans and above, you can also connect your own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or OpenRouter API key so all AI calls are billed to your own account.
