Multi-Product Quote Builder
Customers can now configure multiple products across different pages and collect them into a single combined quote. A persistent floating badge tracks how many items have been added. When they're ready, one click brings up a quote summary page showing all selected products — configured items with their full option snapshots alongside simple catalogue products. A single submission triggers the same instant AI pricing flow, producing one branded PDF quote covering everything.
The token used to link products across pages is stored in localStorage and never exposed server-side, so it works seamlessly across browser tabs. The quote expires after 7 days if not submitted, keeping the database clean automatically.
How it works
- 1 Browse: On any product page, an "Add to Quote" button appears next to the existing configurator or as a standalone button for catalogue products.
- 2 Configure & Add: For configurable products: complete the configuration as normal, then click "Add to Quote" instead of submitting directly. For simple products: one click adds them immediately.
- 3 Track across pages: A floating badge in the bottom-right corner shows how many items are in your quote. It persists as you navigate to other product pages.
- 4 Review & submit: Click the badge to open the Quote Builder summary — a full list of all items, quantities, and prices. Fill in contact details and submit. AI prices everything and sends the PDF instantly.

Install the updated plugin. Enable the feature in the plugin settings. Optionally mark individual catalogue products as "Add to Quote Builder" in the product editor.
Shopify
Enable the "Multi-product quote builder" toggle on the Configurator Block in your theme customiser. No code changes required.
Botble CMS
Enable the feature in ConfigQuote → Settings. Opt individual products in via the ConfigQuote metabox on the product edit page.
